Remove two nuts (9), lockwashers (10), washers (11), screws (12), and hinge (13) from SCBA tank access
door (1). Discard lockwashers.

Remove seal (14) from SCBA tank access door (1).

Clean seal (14) residue from access door (1) with mineral spirits.

Remove screw (15), washer (16), retainer (17), and twist lock (18) from SCBA tank access door (1).

SCBA TANK ACCESS DOOR/REAR STEP BUZZER ACCESS DOOR INSTALLATION
1.
Install twist lock (18) on SCBA tank access door (1) with retainer (17), washer (16), and screw (15).
2.
Install seal (14) on SCBA tank access door (1).
3.
Install hinge (13) on SCBA tank access door (1) with two screws (12), washers (11), lockwashers (10), and
nuts (9).
4.
Install rubber bumper (8) on SCBA tank access door (1) with screw (7), washer (6), lockwasher (5), and
nut (4).
5.
Install SCBA tank access door (1) on vehicle with two washers (3) and screws (2).
