All seatbelts and retractors are removed the same way.

Remove locknut (5), screw (6), washer (7), two seatbelts (8), and sleeves (9) from vehicle. Discard locknut.

Remove two plastic covers (10) from retractors (11).
4.
Remove locknut (12), screw (13), washer (14), and two retractors (11) from vehicle. Discard locknut.
