Latches are under extreme spring tension and can act as projectiles when being
removed or installed. Wear safety goggles. Failure to comply may result in injury
to personnel.
NOTE
Note position of latches prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
Both latches are removed the same way.
17. Depress latch (42) and remove finger latch (1), latch (42), and spring (43) from rear compartment utility
tray (2).
18. Remove screw (44), guide (45), and spring stop (46) from rear compartment utility tray (2).
