NOTE
Two heater hoses and compressor hoses must be routed through crew cab floor before
lifting crew cab from suitable blocking.
One assistant feeds hoses through crew cab, while other assistant is in crew cab, pulling
heater hoses and compressor hoses through crew cab floor.
3.
With the aid of an assistant, feed two hoses (36) and (33) through back of crew cab (15). Do not attach hoses.
4.
With the aid of an assistant, feed two heater hoses (31) and (28) through bottom of crew cab (15). Do not
attach hoses.
5.
With the aid of an assistant, raise crew cab (15) from blocking. Remove blocking.
CAUTION
Crew cab must be positioned an equal distance between pump house and front
water tank panel. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Rear crew cab mounts normally have one plate between rubber mounts and crew cab.
Number of plates may vary.
6.
Position two rubber mounts (93) and isolator bolt keeper plates (87) on rear crew cab mounts (89).
NOTE
Front crew cab mounts normally have snubbing washers between rubber mounts and
crew cab. Number of snubbing washers may vary.
7.
Position two rubber mounts (93) and snubbing washers (92) on front crew cab mounts (83).
8.
With the aid of an assistant, guide crew cab (15) on front snubbing washers (92) and top snubbing
washers (94).
