INSTALLATION
NOTE
Install wire harness as noted prior to removal.
Install cable ties, split looms, and cushion clips as required.
1.
Install water valve wire harness (19) in vehicle.
2.
Repair orange wire (21) and black wire (16) (TM 9-2320-325-14&P).
3.
Repair orange wire (20) and yellow wire (12) (TM 9-2320-325-14&P).
4.
Install water valve wire harness (19) inside control box (10) and tighten nut (18).

5.
Install black wire (16) on ground stud (17) with lockwasher (15) and nut (14).
6.
install yellow wire (12) on heat relay terminal 30 (13) and tighten screw (11).
