Disconnect intercom wire harness connector (13) from crew cab intercom wire harness connector (14).
8.
Remove nut (15) and lockwasher (16) from crew cab intercom wire harness connector (14) and vehicle.
Discard lockwasher.
9.
Remove crew cab intercom wire harness (9) from vehicle.
END OF TASK
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Install wire harness as noted prior to removal.
Install cushion clips, split looms, and cable ties as noted.
1.
Install crew cab intercom wire harness (9) in vehicle.
2.
Install crew cab intercom wire harness connector (14) on vehicle with lockwasher (16) and nut (15).
3.
Connect intercom wire harness connector (13) to crew cab intercom wire harness connector (14).
4.
Connect RJ-12 connector (12) to HM-10 remote module (11).
NOTE
All HM-10 units are installed the same way. Passenger HM-10 unit shown.
Install screws as noted prior to removal.
5.
Install HM-10 remote module (11) on crew cab (4) with four screws (10).
