NOTE
Install wire in same position as noted prior to removal.

Install wire (20), gasket (19) and mounting base (3) on mounting bracket (9) with two screws (18).
NOTE
Install cushion clips in same position as noted prior to removal.
3.
Install mounting bracket (9) and two cushion clips (15) on cab roof (13) with two screws (17), washers (16),
and locknuts (14).
4.
Pull wire (11) through crew cab roof (13), mounting bracket (9), and grommet (12).
5.
Install cab front lightbar (WP 0345).
6.
Connect three connectors (10).

7.
Install cover (8) on mounting bracket (9) with five washers (7) and screws (6).
CAUTION
Install lamp on rubber mounting of pigtail as noted prior to removal. Failure to
connect lamp on rubber mounting of pigtail correctly will not allow lamp to function.
8.
Install lamp (4) on rubber mounting of pigtail (5).
NOTE
Install lamp as noted prior to removal. Lamp must be installed with TOP facing up.
9.
Install lamp (4) on mounting base (3).
