Two steel spacers are positioned between each tank mounting bracket and water
tank. Care must be taken when removing tank mounting brackets so that steel
spacers do not fall and injure personnel.
NOTE
All four tank mounting brackets are removed the same way.
1.
Remove six screws (1), lockwashers (2), tank mounting bracket (3), and two spacers (4) from water tank (5)
and vehicle. Discard lockwashers.
2.
Repeat Step (1) to remove remaining three tank mounting brackets (3).
