Install bracket (14) on bracket (36) with two screws (35), four washers (34), two lockwashers (33), and
nuts (32).
5.
Install two swivels (9) and (30) on shafts (31) and (25) with three screws (29) and locknuts (28).
6.
Position shaft (25) on two brackets (26) and (27).
7.
Install handle (24) on shaft (25) with screw (23).
