Step 11.
Put EMERG MASTER and F/R LOWER WARNING switches to off position (WP 0004).
Turn Service Drive Lights Off (TM 9-2320-347-10). Turn battery disconnect switch to
OFF position (WP 0007). With a test lead set, check for continuity across wire 1640
(black) from cab instrument panel wire harness front and rear lower warning light flasher
unit connector, terminal 4 to a known good ground.

If there is continuity, replace front and rear lower warning light flasher
unit (WP 0348).
b.
If there is no continuity, repair wire 1640 in cab instrument panel wire
harness if repairable (TM 9-2320-325-14&P), or replace cab instrument
panel wire harness (WP 0440).
