Removal.

(a) Refer to step a. above and

disconnect wiring harnesses

from control module (13).

(b) Disconnect two fuel hoses

from fitting block (7).

Remove

eight isolator mounts (4).

(d) Remove control module (13)

with attached parts from

engine.

(e) Remove two screws (9) and

remove fitting block (7) and

seals (8) from plate (10).

Discard seals.

(f) Remove eight screws (11)

and remove heat shield (12)

and plate (10) from control

module (13).

(g) Remove screws (3, 15, 16

and 17), lockwashers (2 and

5) and flat washers (1) and

remove bracket (14) from

engine.

(2)

Cleaning and Inspection.

(a) Wipe all parts clean with a dry, clean, lint free cloth (Item 42, Appendix E).

(b) Inspect control module (1 3) for damage to electronic receptaces.

(d) Replace ail damaged components.
