DISASSEMBLY
a. Transfer Case Disassembly.
(3)
Remove output shaft yoke retaining nut (1),
washer (6) and yoke (7) from shaft (8), then
(1) Loosen rear output shaft yoke retaining nut (1).
remove shaft assembly from housing (3).
2) Remove rear output shaft housing bolts (2) and
(4) Remove snap ring (9) using snap ring pliers and
remove housing (3) and retainer assembly (4)
discard snap ring.
