b. Torque the bolt/screw (2) to 1.5 ft-lbs (2.0 N-m).

c. Connect the coolant overflow hose (4) to the

recovery tank (1).

d. Fill the recovery tank (1) with the proper amount

and mixture of coolant (Appendix D, Item 12a).

Fan Shroud (14039951)

Engine OFF.

Transmission in (N) neutral.

Parking brake and micro-brakelock set.

REMOVAL

a. Remove four bolts (1) attaching shroud to

radiator.

b. Remove the fan shroud assembly (2).

INSTALLATION

a. Install the shroud (2) to the radiator with four

attaching bolts (1) and torque bolts to 53 in-lbs

(6 N.m).

b. Install drive belts (paragraph 476).

c. Install fan and clutch (paragraph 4-75).
