Tools

Calibrated Pressure Gauge

General Safety Instructions

Water Pump

Engine OFF.

Transmission in (N) neutral.

Materials/Parts

Parking brake and micro-brake lock set.

Hard Suction Hose (133-00002)

REMOVAL

Lift and turn mounting bracket (3) and remove hard

suction hose (i) from truck.

INSTALLATION

a. Insert new hose onto hose bin (2) on streetside of the

vehicle.

b. Secure with mounting brackets (3).

TEST

Perform a hydrostatic test in accordance with page 1962-

21, chapter 8, National Fire Protection Association Fire

Codes.
