NOTE
Starting torque should be no greater than 10 in.-lb. (1.13 N-m) or less than 3 in.-lb.
(0.34 N-m).
6.
Apply torque wrench (8) with torque wrench adapter (9) to elevation knob (7).

Measure torque. If torque cannot be met, remove and reinstall spring plug retainer. Refer to
