1.
Clean bottom of mounting plate (34), roof turret (21), and mating surface of vehicle with solvent cleaning
compound.

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
2.
Apply silicone sealant to both sides of gasket (39).
3.
Install gasket (39), mounting plate (34), and pattern control handle assembly (38) on roof turret mounting
plate (29) with two screws (37) and nuts (36).
4.
Coat preformed packing (35) with lubricating oil and install preformed packing (35) on nut (33).
5.
Route cable (22) through mounting plate (34).
6.
Install cable (22) on vehicle and mounting plate (34) with nut (33).
7.
Install cable (22) on handle linkage (32) with pin (31).
