Remove two nuts (11), and screws (12), from bracket (9) and bracket (13).

Remove four nuts (14), screws (15) and bracket (10) from two brackets (16).
6.
Remove two screws (17) and brackets (16) from pads (5).
7.
Slide two pads (5) from bar (18).
