With the aid of an assistant, remove two clamps (20) from bracket (21) and heater (6).
9.
With the aid of an assistant, remove heater (6) from vehicle.
10. Remove four locknuts (22), washers (23), screws (24), and bracket (21) from vehicle. Discard locknuts.

11. Remove eight locknuts (25), four clamps (26), and exhaust pipe (27) from vehicle. Discard locknuts.
12. Remove protector (28) from exhaust pipe (27).
