Remove rings, wristwatches, neck chains, and any other jewelry before working
around vehicle. Jewelry can catch on equipment and cause serious injury. Jewelry
and tools may short across electrical circuits and cause damage to equipment, or
severe burns or electrical shock to personnel.
Step 33.
Put EMERG MASTER and SIDE WARNING switches to off position (WP 0004). Turn
Service Drive Lights Off (TM 9-2320-347-10). Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF
position (WP 0007). Remove driver side light bezel cover (WP 0397). Disconnect
driver side body wire harness side warning light connector from non-operating upper
side warning light (WP 0351). Remove personnel cab instrument panel A (WP 0311).
Disconnect cab instrument panel wire harness side warning light flasher unit connector.
With a test lead set, check for continuity across wire 1650 (yellow) from driver side body
wire harness side warning light connector, terminal 3 to cab instrument panel wire
harness side warning light flasher connector, terminal 3.
If there is continuity, replace side warning light flasher unit (WP 0348).
