Step 15.
Turn water pump engine off (WP 0022). Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF
position (WP 0007). With a test lead set, check for continuity at pump operator's panel
wire harness water pump engine gauge panel wire harness connector wire 3895
terminal 5, to a known good ground.

If continuity is present, replace water pump gauge panel (WP 0340).
b.
If continuity is not present, repair wire 3895 in pump operator's panel
wire harness if repairable (TM 9-2320-325-14&P), or replace pump
operator's panel wire harness (WP 0459).
