Install new seal (37) in bottom of top knuckle bore. Lip of seal must be away from bore. Bottom of
seal must touch bushing.

Place an end cap (27) on top of seal. Slide the kingpin (32) through opposite bore. Tap end of
kingpin against end cap to install seal.
(15)
Install seal in bottom knuckle bore and repeat above procedure to install seal. Remove kingpin
from bore. Remove end cap.
(16)
Install the knuckle (8) on axle beam with kingpin holes aligned. Install stop screw (22) and nut (23)
in knuckle.
