Main Engine Shutdown (see para 2-12.)

APU Shutdown (see para 2-16.)
Batteries Disconnected (see para 4-114.)
a.
Removal.
(1) Remove two nuts (1) and washers (2 and 3)
from ends of shock absorber (4).
(2) Remove shock absorber (4).
b.
Installation.
(1) Install new shock absorber (4).
(2) Secure shock absorber (4) with two washers
(2 and 3) and two nuts (1).
c.
Follow-on Maintenance.
(1) Connect batteries (see para 4-114).
