Tighten inner adjusting nut to 271 to 339 N-m (200 to 250 ft.lbs.) then
back off 1/8 to 1/6 turn and bend tab to lock nut in place. Install outer
locknut and tighten to 271 to 339 N-m (200 to 250 ft.lbs.) and bend tab
to lock nut in place.
