4-51. REAR BACK-UP ALARM REPLACEMENT
This task covers:
a. Removal
b. Installation
INITIAL SETUP:
General Safety Instructions
Tools
General Mechanics Tool Kit
Engine OFF
Transmission in (N) neutral.
Materials/Parts
Parking brake and micro-brakelock set.
Back-Up Alarm (322)
Batteries disconnected.
REMOVAL
a. Disconnect the back-up alarm terminals (1).
b. Remove screws (3), washers (4), nuts (5), back-
up alarm (2) from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
a. Install the back-up alarm (2) on the vehicle and
secure with screws (3), washers (4), and nuts
(5).
b. Connect the backup alarm terminals (1).
c. Reconnect battery cables.
