Install six springs (1) into the seating ring holes, and slide complete assembly onto the pump shaft.

Install impeller as detailed in para. 2-13.4.
(10) Install volute body as detailed in para. 2-13.3.
(11) After repairs have been made, test fire pump as detailed in para. 2-13.14.
