Place torque wrench (2) with torque adapter (1) over elevation knob (4). Torque required for
continuous movement (running torque) must be between 4 in.-lb (0.45 N-m) and 12 in.-lb (1.35 N-m).

If torque is not met for cross level knob (3) or elevation knob (4), loosen setscrews (5 and 6). Tighten or
loosen externally threaded ring (7) or machine thread plug (8).
