mounting surfaces are clean and free of nicks and burrs.

Mount M17/M18 or M17A1/M18A1 quadrant (1) on optical equipment test fixture (2). Refer to
Mounting M17/M18 or M17A1/M18A1 Quadrant on Optical Equipment Test Fixture.
NOTE
Turn elevation knob clockwise. Do not overtravel zero.
