Measure the height from the ground to the
center of the headlight.
e.
Measure the distance from the center of one
headlight to the other.
f.
Transfer these measurements to the wall or
structure and mark them accordingly with two
cross-marks,  directly  in  front  of  the
headlights.
g.
Turn on the headlights and switch to high
beam.
h.
The focal "hot spot" of each headlight should
be centered 2 inches (51 mm) below the
junction of the vertical and horizontal marks.
i.
To raise the light, turn the vertical adjusting

Remove headlamp.
screw (4) clockwise. To lower the light, turn

vertical
adjusting
screw

REPAIR
counterclockwise.
Repair consists of replacing defective headlamp (7)

To turn the headlight to the left or vertical,
or bezel(2).
turn the horizontal adjusting screw clockwise.
To turn the headlight to the right of vertical,
turn the horizontal adjusting screw counter-
INSTALLATION
clockwise.
a.
Connect headlamp wiring harness connector
REMOVAL
to the headlamp (7).
a.
Remove headlamp bezel retaining screws (1)
b.
Position headlamp (7) in the mounting unit.
and bezel (2).
c.
Install the retaining ring in the mounting unit.
b.
Remove retaining ring screws (3).
d.
Install the retaining ring screws (3).
c.
Remove retaining ring spring (6).
e.
Install the retaining ring spring (6).
d.
Remove retaining ring from the mounting
ring.
f.
Position the bezel (2) and install the bezel
retaining screws (1) into the grill.
e.
Disconnect the headlamp wiring harness
connector from the headlamp (7).
g.
Reconnect battery cables.
