4-29 Curb Side Door Removed

4-30 Compartment Light Removed

General Safety Instructions

4-31 Roof Panel Removed

Engine OFF

4-39 Street Side Pump Panel Removed

Transmission in (N) neutral.

4-40 Steps Removed

Parking brake and micro-brakelock set.

4-41 Priming Tank and Tubing Removed

Batteries disconnected.

REMOVAL

g. Install compartment light (paragraph 4-30).

h. Install curb side door (paragraph 4-29).

a. Remove seven hex nuts (1), washers (2), and

screws (3) securing front panel (4) to mounting

i. Install hose bin dividers (paragraph 4-28).

j. Install hose rollers (paragraph 4-27).

b. Remove front panel (4).

k. Install hose bed floors (paragraph 4-26).

INSTALLATION

a. Position front panel (4) to mounting bracket (5).

b. Secure panel using seven screws (3), washers

(2), and hex nuts (1).

c. Install priming tank and tubing (paragraph 4-41).

e. Install street side pump panel (paragraph 4-39).

f. Install roof panel (paragraph 4-31).
