B-3. EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS IN SECTION III. a. Reference Code.  The tool and test equipment reference code correlates with a code used in the MAC, Section II, Column 5. b. Maintenance Category.  This column shows the lowest level of maintenance authorized to use the special tools or test equipment. c. Nomenclature.  This column lists the manufacturer’s code and part number, or Federal Stock Number (FSN) of tools and test equipment. B-4. EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS IN SECTION IV. a. Reference Code.  The code recorded in the MAC, Section II, Column 6. b. Remarks.  This column lists information pertinent to the maintenance authorized to use the special tools or test equipment. c. Nomenclature.  This column lists the name or identification of the tools or test equipment. d. Tool Number.  This column lists the manufacturer’s code and part number, or Federal Stock Number (FSN) of tools and test equipment. B-3
